What is your business about?

I offer Mental Health Tarot Readings, Mystic Mentorship, and apothecary products.

Our mission is to empower individuals on their journey to holistic well-being by embracing the transformative connection between mental health and spirituality. We provide a sanctuary of knowledge, inspiration, and support, fostering a global community that celebrates the magic of inner strength, self-discovery, and the healing power of nature. Through authenticity, inclusivity, and education, we aim to elevate collective mental health, breaking down stigmas and nurturing a world where each person’s unique path to mental health magic is recognized, supported, and celebrated.

Please describe your life before starting

For my late teens and early 20’s, I lived my life in the shadow of my mental illness. My depression and eating disorder coloured every thought, every action, and every decision. It even overshadowed my ADHD. Healing from that journey showed me what I’m capable of and guided me to connecting with my life’s purpose.

What made you decide to take the leap and start your own business?

I’ve always had entrepreneurial dreams even before I knew what entrepreneurship was. Starting my own business allowed me the creativity and flexibility I need to thrive and offered a new path to supporting others.

How would you describe your life now, as a solopreneur?

Intentional.

How has your ADHD played a positive role in your business life?

My ADHD helps me look at the world differently, and make connections others don’t always see. It’s helped me power through difficult tasks or projects with hyper focus.

What's your top tip for other ADHD women aspiring to be solopreneurs?

Listen to your mind and body to work in flow with your ADHD.
